Energy Performance Certificate
The EPC or Energy Performance Certificate is a legal requirement when selling a property in the UK today. It is the only surviving part of the HIP's which was abolished by the coalition government in 2010.
The EPC isn't expensive, but it still has to be paid for by the seller of the property. All the companies listed on this site will give you pound notes to cover the cost of this expense normally associated with selling you property.
